Allied Health NDIS Referral Exchange – Sydney

Allied Health NDIS Referral Exchange – Sydney is a monthly networking and collaboration event designed to help Allied Health providers connect, share capacity, referrals, and insights, and build a stronger, more integrated network.

This is not just another networking event - it’s a practical and action-oriented session where you’ll leave with real connections and referral opportunities.

✅ Who Should Attend?

  • Allied Health Business Owners

  • Business Development Staff

  • Sole Traders

  • Clinicians

💡 How it Works:

  • Each participant shares the services & locations they have capacity for.

  • The catch? You also share a location where you can refer others to create a mutual benefit.

  • I will collate all the data and share it after the event, so everyone has a useful referral directory.

  • We’ll also discuss ideas for ongoing collaboration.

📌 Agenda

Welcome & Introduction

  • Overview of the event’s purpose and format.

  • The importance of collaboration and referral networks in the NDIS space.

  • Acknowledgment of key contributors (special thanks to Maria Binny & Rose Nasser for the inspiration).

Capacity, Referrals & Unique Value Proposition (UVP) Sharing

  • Each attendee shares:

    • A brief UVP about their business – What sets your service apart? Why do clients and referrers choose you?

    • What services & locations they have capacity for.

    • Which locations they can refer others to.

  • This will be structured to ensure everyone gets an opportunity to contribute.

Open Discussion & Collaboration Ideas

  • What’s currently working well in referral networks?

  • Where are the biggest gaps in service coverage?

  • Exploring options for improving collaboration.

Wrap-Up & Next Steps

  • Summary of key takeaways.

  • How to stay connected and continue sharing referrals beyond the event.

  • Confirmation of the next Allied Health NDIS Connect & Refer session.

  • Post-event resource sharing (collated capacity list & contacts).

This is an opportunity to build a collaborative and effective referral network within the Allied Health NDIS space. Looking forward to seeing you there.
