About Me

Hi, I’m Trystan Conway.

I’m a physiotherapist turned consultant with experience building and scaling Allied Health services. I co-founded a national organisation that grew to more than 300 clinicians and over $15 million in annual revenue, which shaped how I approach service design, operations and reform.

I started Conway Consulting Group to help providers build sustainable, high quality services without unnecessary complexity. Most of my work sits within NDIS and Aged Care, but I support Allied Health organisations across the broader community and health sectors as well as consulting firms needing specialist expertise.
